The project scope included demolition of existing retail space, construction of three new free-standing retail buildings housing eight tenants, building pad for a fourth retail building, and exterior upgrades to existing buildings including new paint and stone cladding. The project also included comprehensive site improvements such as all new paving, revised parking layout, bioswales, landscape, lighting and monument signage.The project was completed in several phases in order to allow ongoing operations to continue, with special emphasis on minimizing impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic and protection of the public.
