Suffolk is contracted to complete the entire 200+ acre site development scope, construct the core and shell of the building, and finally complete all the fit out of a 48MW data center.
This will be the first of four total buildings on a new campus outside of Dallas, TX – expanding the Suffolk Mission Critical team’s geographic reach into the South. The project is valued at just over $300M.
