The Stella is a six-story building that includes five levels of Type IIIA construction over a one-level Type IA podium. The project contains a total of 80 residential units and will serve low-income individuals including those who have been homeless and veterans, and supportive services will be available to residents. Bluewater is a five-story building with four levels of Type VA construction over a one-level Type IA podium. The project contains 80 units, eight of which are designated for veterans. Community amenities include a resident lounge, kitchen, central laundry facilities and a computer lab, plus 900 square feet of commercial space and at-grade parking.
