The project consists of a four story new construction building of 63 permanent supportive housing studio units, 1 market rate manager’s unit, and common areas.
The common area services include on site property management offices, permanent supportive housing services, community room, community laundry room, and outdoor hardscaped and landscaped areas for residents.
The apartments will be factory manufactured as modular units and trucked down to Los Angeles from Vallejo. The modular units will be placed on top of one another, topping out in only three short weeks.
The modules are being built in Vallejo, CA and were installed in April 2023.
