The scope of work included the construction of a lazy river, tot’s pool, mini river, kid’s pool, and fountain on approximately 5.5 acres.

Additional structures built included the pool equipment mechanical building, ticket building, storage building, and restroom building.

The project also included two steel shade structures, at 7,300 square feet, with canvas sail shades. The concrete work included colored paving, caissons, structural foundations, and two new bridges.

Additional work consisted of all site work, utilities, masonry, and various types of fencing throughout the park. The project was completed that May allowing LEGOLAND to open in time for Memorial Day weekend.
