The New York City Economic Development Corporation and RAL Companies have selected Suffolk to perform preconstruction services on their 14th @ Irving project located in New York City’s vibrant Union Square.
The 15-story, 352,000-square-foot building is constructed of structural steel with a glass and stainless steel exterior. Column-free floorplates maximize efficiency and adaptability and provide sweeping views of the surrounding university town center area.
The building lobby and common areas feature high-end finishes including sleek wood and custom stone cladding. The adjacent five-level parking structure provides space for more than 1,200 vehicles and opens to a plaza connecting the new tower to two existing Irvine Company office properties.
Building amenities include a café, fitness center, and electric vehicle charging stations. The highly sustainable building is targeting LEED Gold certification.
