The 80,000 square-foot community center features four restaurants, a movie theater, pool, clubrooms, common room, art studio and workshops, library, synagogue, computer room, hobby shop, banking office, convenience store, outdoor tennis court, putting green, as well as a fitness and aquatic center. The center leverages sustainable design principles that reduce the use of nonrenewable resources and minimize environmental impact. This includes one of the country’s largest geothermal energy systems consisting of 400 underground wells and stormwater management techniques for irrigation.
