Fountainview has been designed by WWCOT as an intergenerational environment for seniors.
Comprised of 108 independent living apartments in a 153,266 square foot building of architecture reminiscent of the Eastern Mediterranean. Above the facility’s 50,139 square foot subterranean parking structure for 120 vehicles is nearly 30,000 square feet of Commons Space composed of a Formal Dining Room, Fitness Center, Full Commercial Kitchen, Fitness Center, Library, Arts and Crafts Room, Coffee Bar, 75-seat Movie Theater, Events Center, and Full Service Salon. Fountainview is an R2.1 occupancy, Type II - Fire Resistive, state-licensed building providing a highly flexible building type to accommodate all types of residents, including those who are non-ambulatory. This new Senior Community is located on the Jewish Home for the Aging’s Victory Boulevard Eisenberg Village in Reseda, California and is based upon a program for an aging-in-place community that can accommodate a wide range of residents and lifestyles.
