This improvement project for the Disneyland Hotel included upgrades to the pools and spas, rockwork, water features, extensive landscaping and site work, and encompasses approximately 180,000 square feet.
Also included in the project scope was a 7,000 square foot renovation of Hooks Point Restaurant, and extensive themeing throughout the project. Construction was carried out while the hotel remained fully operational, and great care was required for the protection of guests, staff and the general public, including noise and dust mitigation. The project was completed in multiple phases to ensure the facility was not negatively impacted during construction.
