Project Overview

This 56,325 square-foot, two-story building will serve as the new home for multiple government departments and user groups.

Featured in the facility will be municipal offices, a Sheriff’s office, dispatch center, election room, justice of the peace courts, and staff amenities including dining space and a fitness area.

The project is being completed for Dallas County under a design-build delivery method with Moody-Nolan as the architect. It is targeting LEED Silver certification with a number of sustainable components which will be incorporated into the design and construction of the new building.
