Our Work in Action: Encore Boston Harbor

As part of Suffolk’s commitment to diversity and inclusion on our jobsites, we hosted regular tradeswomen events for all 489 female construction workers on site. This program was designed to create a supportive, safe, strong, and confident environment for all female workers in the industry—particularly on the Suffolk project site. The women in attendance had the opportunity to share their personal experiences of working in the construction industry. The event generated overwhelmingly positive feedback and we’ve continued to implement it on other projects.
