This project consisted of an OSHPD 3 buildout of 20,000 square feet over two floors in a fully operational medical office building.
The renovation includes an infusion center, nurse stations, laboratory, treatment rooms, restrooms, and USP 797-compliant pharmacy.
Suffolk’s scope also included new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, new nurse call system and access control, as well as ADA compliance upgrades and minor exterior sitework including asphalt paving and striping.
The project was completed in three phases, with portions of work being completed at night and on weekends in order to allow critical ongoing operations to continue, and required ICRA Class IV infection control measures.
