The new Ambulatory Care Center for Elliot Hospital is situated on a 17-acre parcel of land along the Merrimack River in Manchester, New Hampshire.

This impressive four-story facility spans 258,000 square feet and encompasses an Urgent Care facility, a One Day Surgery Center, as well as areas dedicated to diagnostic imaging, breast health, endoscopy, pain management, physical rehabilitation, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Additionally, the facility houses laboratory services and durable medical equipment. The scope of the project also included the construction of a 966-car parking garage adjacent to the Ambulatory Care Center.

The undertaking posed substantial challenges for the team, given the proximity to active railroad lines, the Merrimack River, and the residential area of Manchester. Despite these challenges, the project successfully addressed the complex requirements of the healthcare facility while navigating the intricacies of its surroundings.
