Saugus, MA

    Project Overview

The Saugus Middle-High School is a new four-story building for 1,360 students in grades 6-12. Rendering courtesy of HMFH.

The new 269,070 square-foot school features 21st-century learning environments, a new sports field, track, bleachers, concession/storage/toilet/team room facilities, chemistry labs, an auditorium and additional amenities. Suffolk also performed the demolition of the existing building, alleviating structural issues including the aging and outdated steam heating system and lack of insulation.
