The facility includes 19 inpatient beds, an emergency department, operating rooms, wellness center, telemedicine rooms, medical offices, and a rooftop helipad.

This unique project included exterior architectural features, preassembled mechanical systems, that were prefabricated on the mainland and shipped to the island for construction.

Due to the accelerated timeline, this project was built in 24 months. While substantial completion of the project was not reached until September 2019. The new building was opened February 2019, just in time for the peak of tourist season on the island.
