The scope of this project is made up of two separate learning facilities; a two-story elementary school for grades K-5, and a three-story middle school for grades 6-8. In total, the school houses 33 new classrooms for the District. In addition to the two school buildings, this 123,600 square feet project called for the construction of a surrounding library, combined multi-purpose room, gymnasium, food service area, lunch shelter, independent health clinic and parking structure. Playing fields for the students were built in the center of the two schools and on top of the subterranean parking garage.
