Working throughout The Mount Sinai Hospital’s campus located in the bustling Upper East Side of Manhattan
Our team has been renovating, upgrading, and building out critical research spaces for the Icahn School of Medicine.
Collaborating with both the architects and with the school’s user groups to ensure that design achieves research function, our team has managed noise, dust, and vibration so that there are no disruptions to the building occupants throughout all phases of work. All materials, scaffolding, and rigging are done on the exterior of the building to reduce the impact to the surrounding medical complex.
Project scopes include multiple BioSafety Level 2/3 laboratories, trace metals, vivariums, tissue culture, and general research labs accompanied with considerable MEP upgrades, specialized equipment installations, and casework.
