The AC + Moxy Hotels project is a new mixed-use development featuring two separate select service hotels adjacent to the Los Angeles Convention Center in the South Park District of Downtown Los Angeles.
A 37-story tower will contain two hotels with a combined total of 727 guestrooms, 8,600 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 7,200 square feet of conference and meeting space, and amenities such as sky lobbies, rooftop pool deck and outdoor common areas. A seven-story podium will contain parking for approximately 304 vehicles, and will be screened with signage and architectural elements.
Situated in a transit-rich environment within walking distance to numerous entertainment and convention venues, the AC + Moxy Hotels development will activate and enhance a significant area of the DTLA urban core, improving the pedestrian experience and providing significant street frontage improvements.
