The scope includes the interior build-out of the existing second floor of the newly completed emergency department and vertical expansion over the existing second floor to create a third level with a complete interior build-out.

The second floor houses the new Bostick Heart and ICU departments while the third level houses an additional 36 ICU-room units with associated support and a 5,000 square-foot shell space for future modality. The new construction consists of +/-43,000 GSF of expansion and +/-43,000 GSF of renovation.
