This addition to an operational church campus involved the construction of an 11,100 square foot Parish Hall building and a 1,665 square foot Pavilion building.
The single-story wood-frame buildings have stucco and brick exteriors to match the existing church, and wood trellised overhangs. The Parish Hall building includes a lobby, central large meeting room, a commercial kitchen, restrooms, storage space and separate small meeting room. The adjacent Pavilion building can be used for smaller functions, and includes a wetbar with built-in cabinetry.The project scope also included landscape and hardscape, additional surface parking and new monument signage.
