    Project Overview

    This 46-story, 301-unit condominium tower contains 44,000 square feet of Class A office space and 58,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

    Additionally, it will connect to a podium that will house a 900-space parking garage. Amenities in the building will include an expansive seventh-floor deck featuring over 12,900 square feet of indoor and 23,100 square feet of outdoor private residential amenities. The deck will include a tropical resort-style pool, a dog-walking area, outdoor kitchens and dining areas, and a professional-grade fitness and wellness center. The building will also have an exclusive 46th-floor Sky Lounge Observatory offering panoramic views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
