What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

The most exciting aspect of this business is being a part of a building coming to fruition, from paper to its physical being. Knowing that the buildings I am involved with are helping so many people in the future (Healthcare). The relationships built and collaborative interactions when a team comes together, both internally and externally to build something amazing that holds such great importance to help people for future use.
