What excites me most is the opportunity to turn a vision into reality—taking something that exists only in conversation or on paper and building it into a space that people will experience every day. Each project is a chance to solve complex challenges, work alongside talented teams and leave behind something lasting and meaningful. I love the blend of strategy, precision and creativity that goes into building well, and the satisfaction of seeing it all come to life.
