This facility is Suffolk’s first significant data center project in Virginia’s Loudoun County area. This project consists of two stories and holds a total of 10 data halls, each phased separately and supported by independent and redundant MEP systems – for a combined 40MW build. There is also an office area, miscellaneous support rooms and various site improvements within the project scope. This project is one of several projects either underway or completed for this confidential client, a testament to Suffolk’s ability to consistently deliver.
