Our Work in Action: Burnham Building
As part of Suffolk’s new 60-story Millennium Tower project, our project team also restored and renovated the adjacent Burnham Building. The historic 1911 Daniel Burnham designed building is widely recognized as the iconic Filene’s building in Boston’s Downtown Crossing. The 350,000 square-foot structure was renovated into a mixed-use space with world headquarter offices for Boston-based advertising firm Arnold Worldwide, ground-level retail for a new Roche Bros. supermarket and a new Primark clothing, and underground parking.
