Suffolk successfully completed the BRAC 132 Army Administration Facility design-build project at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District.
The BRAC 132 Army Administrative Facility project is a multi-story Command Headquarters Building with a separate elevated parking garage. The building consists of approximately 97,000 square feet of administrative space, emergency operations center, appellate courtroom and adjoining spaces, and secure conference rooms.
