This project consisted of a two-phase, 18,000 square-foot revitalization over multiple floors within an active and operational healthcare facility.
The scope included demolition and reconstruction of the Clinical Research Center (CRC), existing offices, a gym, bathrooms, general lab spaces, ceilings, and exterior windows. Extensive carpentry, finish work, MEP work, and an AHU system were also part of the project scope. During all phases of the project work, the hospital remained open and operational.
All work was completed without disruption to the ongoing healthcare and laboratory operations.
