888 Grand Hope Park is a 34-story high-rise residential tower in downtown Los Angeles that features 525 residential apartment units atop ground floor retail space.
The building, which was designed by CallisonRTKL in partnership with structural engineering firm Englekirk Engineers, includes a penthouse clubhouse, a 33,000 square-foot open-air amenity deck, and additional amenity space. The project includes a 25-foot bridge that connects the eighth floor amenity space in the residential tower to the open-air amenity deck situated atop an existing parking structure. Suffolk also completed upgrades to the adjacent 550-space parking structure.
