And the reinforcement of a Safer Together culture on all our projects, allows us to safely deliver the most complicated projects and strengthen our relationships with our trade partners so that everyone on our projects returns home safely at the end of the workday. As a result of our focus on these elements of safety culture, our safety performance as measured by standard lagging indicators reflects a 76 percent improvement over the past two years.
