Suffolk transformed the historic Mallory Building into the new Boston Healthcare for the Homeless facility. In addition to providing preconstruction services on this project, the project team managed the complex interior gut rehab of the existing building. The team also performed demolition of interior walls, added structural steel to create new floors and lend additional support, repointed the masonry, replaced all windows, added exam rooms and patient rooms, and made additional interior and exterior improvements.
