Suffolk provided preconstruction and construction management services for the first phase of this facility’s 15-year master plan. The project featured construction of a clinical facility housing a state-of-the-art heart and vascular center as well as 32 cardiovascular critical-care rooms and 96 private inpatient rooms designed in collaboration with patients and families. This impressive seven-story project is predominantly new construction, including multiple tunnels and bridges, with tie-ins to two existing buildings.
