Working in collaboration with Noble Construction, Suffolk was selected to manage the construction of 222 East 44th Street. This 43-story mixed-used residential tower is envisioned to be a residential building with cutting edge amenities and a sleek design associated with a modern lifestyle. The high-end luxury tower will include 429 units, 87 of which are designated as affordable, and a combination of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. 

The building will also include state-of-the-art amenities creating a luxurious experience. These amenities include a fitness center, pool, spa, basketball court, communal gardens/roof deck, lobby lounge area, children’s playroom, game room, movie screening room, self-storage, bike room, refrigerated package room, on site laundry, as well as other reasonable amenities common in high end luxury rental buildings. The project also includes an underground parking garage with 230 spaces, 2,200 square feet of ground floor retail space, and a plaza.
