This 32-story, 500-unit mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown New Haven is the largest residential building ever built in Connecticut. It is also the first in the state to achieve LEED certification at the Platinum level, featuring an on-site 400kW fuel cell that generates clean, renewable power, heat, and hot water and achieves energy savings in excess of 50 percent. In addition, the project has half the carbon footprint of a comparable urban apartment building. The development includes 29,100 square feet of ground floor retail, including a full-service grocery store, and a 500-car public parking garage.
