Applying for a Job

  • What’s the best way to apply for a position at Suffolk?

    You can find all open roles and apply through our Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, in the Career Opportunities section of the website.

  • Can I apply for a position without any experience in the construction industry?

    Yes! Our internship and Career Start programs are the best opportunities to gain entry level construction management experience. We also have entry level opportunities across our functional and operations support teams. Check out our Career Opportunities page.

  • What is the Career Start program?

    Career Start is Suffolk’s two-year rotational program for recent college graduates who aspire to grow their career in construction management. Career Start builds the future leaders of the organization, who will redefine what is possible in the industry and change the skylines of our cities.

    The program, which accepts an incoming class each July, is made up of a national cohort across each of our regions. Career Starts complete three rotations geared at mastering the fundamentals of Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations. Learn more about the program here.

  • How do I apply to the Career Start program?

    You can apply to the Career Start program here. The 2022 cohort hiring process officially begins August 2021.
