What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

For me the most exciting part of our business is helping to support a team function at the highest level. I love the feeling of seeing a team move through the stages of a job, particularly the most challenging stages. There is hardly anything on a project that can be achieved individually, so helping teams realize that fact and helping them come together to achieve their goals is something I am very passionate about.
