What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

What I love about construction is that it is truly a team sport. Each project we create is like a “big game.” The momentum is always changing, we’re all working together towards that common goal from start to finish…as a team. My passion is making people successful in that game and when you do that, no one loses.
