What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

The most exciting thing is seeing the contract documents at the start of a project for the first time, and the process to bring those documents to fruition. My professional passion is passing on the knowledge I have attained to the younger generation, (Career Starts, Assistant Superintendents), at the same time keeping in mind that you never stop learning individually as every project is different.
