Who was your mentor/biggest influence and what did they teach you?

I owe my success to my parents (Andre and Annie Dorcena) who are my biggest mentors. They immigrated to this country from Haiti in search of opportunity, not knowing the language or culture; however, they had a strong work ethic and their faith. They taught me to work hard, be resilient but at the same time be available for others.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Outside of work there isn’t much time to relax. Since my husband, Bill and I have four children anytime all six of us are together for dinner, movies or heading up to New Hampshire – it’s special!

What is your favorite quote?

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"" (Luke 6:31). Or simply said: Treat people they way you want to be treated.
