Suffolk managed construction of this 162-acre, intergenerational senior living campus, which includes the largest geriatric research facility in the United States.

The expansive complex offers a broad range of housing choices for senior citizens and provides healthcare options, including outpatient clinics, home care, short-term, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care. The 80,000 square-foot community center features four restaurants, a movie theater, pool, clubrooms, common room, art studio and workshops, library, synagogue, computer room, hobby shop, banking office, convenience store, outdoor tennis court, putting green, as well as a fitness and aquatic center.

The center leverages sustainable design principles that reduce the use of nonrenewable resources and minimize environmental impact. This includes one of the country’s largest geothermal energy systems consisting of 400 underground wells and stormwater management techniques for irrigation.
